Dan Fehr founded Demand Data Services (DDS) with the vision that remains the company's driver today - to leverage emerging technologies that enable the oil and gas industry to efficiently improve the design, construction and operation capabilities of oil & gas assets in real-time. Dan has specialized in the design and engineering of oil & gas facilities projects for over 20 years in Canada and overseas. Dan also founded Concise Design Engineering Group in 1987, and has helped grow the company steadily to the success it is today.

Dave Mockford
Operations Manager
Dave Mockford is responsible for the operations and strategic direction of DDS. Dave is a IT professional with over 9 years experience as a programmer, system administrator, business analyst and operations manager. Preceding his IT career, Dave was a Record Producer and Recording Engineer, successfully honored by the Alberta Recording Industry Association winning the “Producer of the Year Award” in 1993. Dave joined the DDS team in 2001 and was appointed President in June 2005.

Marc Gaudette
Program Manager
Marc Gaudette maintains a lead position in the development and commercialization of our innovative software product. Over the past 24 years, Marc has been involved in various software creation processes – from development, support to management. For the past decade, Marc has worked as a successful software company consultant specializing as a Project Manager and Program Manager.

Tuan Vu
Information Systems Manager
Tuan Vu manages the DDS software development team. Tuan works closely with management and operations to ensure projects are in line with company goals and customer needs. He also ensures the development team meets delivery and quality targets. Tuan is a strong believer in RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology and applies the RAD approach to DDS software initiatives. He has accumulated 20 years of experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, systems development, quality assurance testing and user training. Prior to joining DDS in 2002, Tuan was designing and developing custom software solutions for large oil and gas companies.
